Wraps make a fun, easy, healthy, and delicious meal. Our Chicken Caesar Wraps are very popular and so are these Turkey Wraps!

We love making wraps because they are very versatile. You can add whatever ingredients and sauces you like, just like a sandwich. But wraps really are more fun. Everything gets wrapped up into a large tortilla, cut in half, and you have the perfect little meal!

For the turkey wraps, we like to include turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and honey mustard sauce. The wraps are fresh, filling, and have lots of flavor and protein.

The wraps are perfect for packing into a lunch box for school, work, road trips, or picnics. You can also slice the wraps into smaller rounds and serve at parties.

Wrap Ingredients

  • Flour tortilla– use large tortillas that are 10-inch in size. You can also use spinach wraps or regular wraps.
  • Honey mustard sauce– we use our homemade honey mustard sauce, but regular mustard, mayonnaise, ranch, or Caesar dressing are good too. You can even use cream cheese or pesto.
  • Turkey– use your favorite brand of sliced turkey. We also like making these wraps when we have leftover Thanksgiving turkey. If you don't care for turkey, sliced ham or chicken will work.
  • Cheese– we prefer sliced provolone cheese, but cheddar, Havarti, or Swiss cheese are great too!
  • Bacon– you can cook the bacon in advance so it is ready to go. Cook in a skillet or bake in the oven.
  • Lettuce– to add a crisp bite to the wrap!
  • Tomato– pick a ripe and juicy tomato and slice it up!
  • Avocado– avocado slices add a creamy element, so good!

How to Make a Turkey Wrap

  • Place tortillas on a flat surface. Spread evenly with honey mustard sauce (or mayo), to 1/4-inch of the edge.
  • Top with turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper. Don't overfill the wrap or it will be hard to roll up.
  • Roll each tortilla up tightly.
  • Eat the wrap whole or you can use a sharp knife to cut in half.
  • Eat and enjoy!

What to Serve with Turkey Wraps

How to Store

  • After you roll up the wrap with the avocado and tomato, it is best eaten the same day so it doesn't get soggy. You can cook the bacon ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • If you do want to make ahead of time, you can, just don't add the lettuce, tomato, or avocado. You can unroll and add right before eating.
